The block for this jacket has been taken from the most beautiful vintage garment
made by a tailor in Bombay in 1940. I bought this from a specialist vintage dealer
in South London and still wear the original today.
It has a very unusual cut in that the back of the jacket is small whilst the front is
cut much bigger. This brings a much a more casual feel.
It is half lined in the body and with no lining in the sleeves. Its been recut by our master pattern cutter who trained at Huntsman on Savile Row. It is cut in an organic cotton which is both robust yet soft handle.
Cloth : Organic cotton from the Somelos Cotton Mill in Portugal
Fully lined in a beautiful black cotton supreme 110 grms.
Buttons are made of metal are written Authentic England
Lining : 100% scoured calico from India
